BIO:
Martin Prince-Parrott FRSA RIBA is a chartered architect turned real estate developer turned tech founder.
Over the past decade, he has led high-performance teams in designing and developing award-winning residential, commercial and mission-critical real estate worth over £1 billion. He has worked for industry giants like Gensler, and alongside multi-billion-pound companies such as Microsoft, Barratt Homes, Legal & General and Barclays Bank.
Currently, Martin leads a Kardashev Infrastructure start-up on a mission to create a positive and abundant future by building radically sustainable infrastructure for AI and space companies.
His thought leadership and advocacy for innovative, healthy and economically vibrant cities are grounded in his extensive experience across both the private and public sectors, as well as in his formal training at the Royal Institute of British Architects and the University of Nottingham.
Martin’s work has also earned him features in publications including The Times, Sifted EU, Estates Gazette, Digital Frontier, Property Week and the Architect’s Journal. He has also been invited to lecture and present at esteemed institutions, including the University of Liverpool, Queen’s University Belfast and Coventry University, as well as at high-profile UK real estate conferences.
